- Your aforementioned personal data will be processed by Binker Group sp. z o.o. for the purpose of:
- performing the contract concluded with you by Binker Group sp. z o.o.;

- Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and perform the contract with Binker Group sp. z o.o.

- In connection with the processing of your personal data by the Controller, you have the right to request from the Controller access to the provided data, to request their completion, updating, or rectification, as well as the right to request the Controller to restrict the processing of your personal data and their portability. Additionally, you have the right to object at any time in the following situations: – to the processing of personal data to the extent that they are processed by the Controller for direct marketing purposes, – to the processing of personal data which is based on the legitimate interest of the Controller or for statistical purposes, if the objection is justified by your particular situation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
- The Controller will make every effort to provide physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use, or access, in accordance with applicable law.
